Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic (Germany) deliveries: 

We charge a flat rate of 5,49 € per order for shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a lump sum as follows:

EU: 6,49€
Switzerland & Great Britain: 8,99€
Worldwide: 14,99€
For delivery to foreign islands, an island surcharge of € 25.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Digital content delivery:

Digital content (data created and provided in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).

Digital content is provided to you via a link communicated by email.
This e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content is provided to you in your customer account.
The provision takes place within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the deployment by e-mail.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1 - 3 working days, for foreign deliveries within 7 - 9 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
